Whether you’re an experienced teacher, a newly qualified educator, a dedicated teaching assistant or wanting a career change, we’ll match you with welcoming schools where you can feel confident, valued, and supported every step of the way.

How does it work?

When you apply for a role with us (on the home page or by clicking the button below), we will arrange a brief call to discuss what you are looking for.

We then start the on-boarding process, which includes applying for a DBS (if you do not already have one on the update service) and obtaining references. We will then keep you updated every step of the way.

Once you are fully-vetted, we will then discuss current roles available and find your perfect match.

Meet Harley!

Harley is an LSA who has worked across numerous schools for Pro Ed.

She has also got experience working in the wider company for the CSC gymnastics as a coach!
She has been able to use her coaching knowledge and experience to become an amazing classroom LSA.
